Pedley Land owns  20+/- contiguous miles of property whose origin dates back to late 19th century when the West Riverside Canal fed water to the agricultural community of the Inland Empire.  Pedley owns a combination of fee title and easements givING us a unique footprint in the region.  Our goal is to work with municipalities to help provide an array of potential water solutions.
